TERMS OF SERVICE

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue working on a commission at any time

Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs

This list may be ammended in the future

Payment via Paypal invoice is sent after the project is finished and will be charged in CAD

A rush fee will be charged for projects with tight deadlines

Additional fees will be charged for excessive revisions (see revision section for more details)

The cost of the additional fees will be dependent on the circumstances and the amount of extra work that is required

Write in a concise and clear manner when filling out the commission form

Please provide references of all characters you would like drawn and make sure they are accurate and up to date representations

Please respond to communications in a timely fashion

Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.

Read carefully through the entirety of my terms of service and commission info

If you require a certain canvas size please let me know in advance

If commissioning a book cover please let me know if you are wanting a separate front and back cover or a single wrap around cover

I will send over the sketch of the commission before continuing the project and will accept one complete revision at this stage of the project.

I will send you wips at each stage of the commission process: Sketch, Line art, Flats and lastly Fully rendered

If you have a specific date you need the project completed by let me know well in advance

I tend to work very quickly but there will be occassions when I take longer than usual and if that is the case I will let you know

I work off of a waitlist system and require no deposit to add anyone to that list. If you have a tight deadline, please notify of it through the commission form and/or through direct message/email.

One Major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed at the sketch phase of the commission and are included in the original commission fee

A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed during the line art and flats stage of the commission and are included in the original commission fee

Excessive minor revisions that halt the progress of the commission will incur additional fees

Major revisions will incur additional fees

Revisions needed due to my own errors are free

It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions

I, the artist, retain the rights to any commissioned artwork

Unless explicitly asked otherwise I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork on my social media

I reserve the right to stream, record and upload videos of the artwork process

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.

You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.

For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 60% of the original cost with a minimum cost of 150$ CAD.

Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.

Print the work for personal use.

Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.

Use the artwork as reference for a study.

Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

Claim the artwork as yours.

Remove my watermark/signature.

Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.

Color in my sketches or lineart.

Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.

You may cancel the commission at any time and pay a fee for the amount of work I have completed that is up to my discretion and that fee will not exceed the original agreed upon price.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time.
